If you need to send the products to Quapni
Please follow the steps below:

  1.  Please pack the product that is to be repaired properly (to avoid collision during transportation).
  2.  Please describe complete personal information (your real name, contact number, recipient address).
  3.  We will confirm all repairs with you within 48 hours after receiving the package.
  4.  We would start to repair upon obtaining your consent.
  5.  The maintenance/repair time is about 7 working days (excluding holidays).
